Netflix brings Arvind Adiga’s book, Selection Day, to streaming audiences. Boasting of some of the finest actors of our times, Selection Day is a gripping story that discusses the urban rural divide, urban poverty, loneliness etc. The series also does a good job of bringing the cricket in the backdrop of a story that’s essentially a human one – about adolescents and adults looking for ways to achieve their dreams.
